Overview

While Christ's message is the answer the world needs, the Church must play a significant role in addressing and overcoming these struggles. These two sections, on Before and After Jesus was a person living on Earth, reveal the nature of God as it should be lived, both his love and His righteousness, as our Creator, and the Creator of the Universe. God gave the Law to Moses on Mt. Sinai, which Jews call Torah. Jesus did not change any of it, and remarked that none of Torah would be negated or altered until the Heavens and the Earth were created new. This means that Torah is applicable today, and particularly for those who think of themselves as Believers in God's Kingdom. Jesus proclaimed this and had the authority to do so.

Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me."

The calendar and dating systems we use today are rooted in the birth and death of Jesus, which highlights the profound impact of Jesus' life. The Anno Domini (AD) period began with Jesus' birth and includes His life, suffering, crucifixion, death, resurrection, and all events that have transpired since. It was during the AD period that human beings became capable of being indwelt by the Holy Spirit. The Church has often been complacent about the issue of antisemitism, a challenge that began in 313 AD when Christianity compromised with Constantine.
For over 2,400 years, people have faced the challenge of understanding Jesus and His accomplishments. Billions have placed their trust in Him, while billions more have rejected the offer of a personal relationship with Him.
Jesus was born in Israel under the Mosaic Law and within the Levitical Priesthood. His sacrifice and the establishment of the New Covenant put an end to the Levitical Priesthood and began the Melchizedek Priesthood.
Jesus defeated Satan on the Cross; however, Satan continues to deceive the world. His tools include deception, violence, murder, persecution, and the distortion of human relationships. He offers cheap grace, along with religious rituals and traditions, as substitutes for true transformation. You can learn more details using the Topic Selector above.

Crucifixion - Pentecost  & Spiritual Rebirth

Crucifixion, Pentecost and Spiritual Rebirth

The crucifixion of Jesus was the pivotal event in the His-Story of the world because it provided a once-for-all payment for our sins, and recreated a cleansed spiritual person that could again be in relationship with God in spite of mankind's fall from grace. It was a new Pentecost in the sense that this new spiritual man could host the Holy Spirit, who would then write God's Law, His Torah, on each believer's heart, and free them to follow it, re-establishing a living and loving relationship with God. Jesus's resurrection from the death was proof of this new spiritual life created, known as the "one New Man (or woman).
The consequence of Adam and Eve's lack of faith and sin in the Garden was death of their spirits and Jesus's resurrection from the dead, showed that "death was overcome. However, God's love compelled Him to make a way out of this terrible existence and that way was Jesus. However, God's Righteousness keeps Torah in place, and those who continue in sinful and unrighteous behaviors, negate what Jesus achieved, and will answer personally for their own sinful actions. That's why baptism in water and by Holy Spirit are crucial to becoming a Kingdom believer who sins are blotted out, and whose name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life. The Book of Acts in your Bible translation, is helpful in clarifying this point, particularly in Chapter 4.

Redeemed Human Life Hidden in Messiah (Christ)

After Jesus's sacrifice for our sins, people could be made New Creations and become new spiritual persons free from the addictions and bondages to sin. Each person's spirit could be restored to life and hidden in Messiah in the Heavenly realm (Colossians 3:3). As spiritual beings, people can hear and obey God's Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 2:15). The past can be forgotten and blotted out by God and Holy Spirit transformation and renewal to take on the mindset and righteousness of Jesus, so long as one continues manifesting the love of God towards others.

Change in Priesthood

Because God foresaw mankind's sin problem before He created mankind, He made provision for it. Jesus was born as a Jew and named Yeshua. Because of His conception and the attendance of the Holy Spirit within Him, He was born without sin. Unlike Adam, Jesus remained without sin. This is why one of His titles is the Second Adam. Lack of personal sin allowed Jesus to impart His righteousness to mankind, by His sacrificial suffering and death. while taking on all sin and absorbing God's punishment for it. It was a carefully worked-out plan that God  put in place before He created the Earth or the unseen spiritual realm.

Change in Priesthood (Levitical to Melchizedek)

Yeshua/Jesus was born under the Levitical Priesthood, during a time when yearly sacrifices were made on the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur), under the Torah Law Moses received from God on Mt. Sinai. After Yeshua/ Bible call Jesus died, was buried and rose from the dead, the Levitical Priesthood was no longer needed for atonement for Sin, nor to serve in the Earthly Temple, since it no longer existed. What continued to exist were synagogues wherever Jews lived. They were led by Rabbi teachers. In fact, in 70 AD, the physical Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed so that animal sacrifices were no longer possible to perform. At that point in time, Judaism essentially became a powerless faith.
The Melchizedek Priesthood proceeded the Levitical Priesthood, because Jesus' one sacrifice was sufficient for all people across all time in the physical realm. It is a Priesthood that operates in the Heavenly realm, and God's Heavenly Temple, which is eternal; not in an Earthly Temple made by human hands.

Melchizedek Priesthood

Yeshua/Jesus' sacrifice was for all people, not just for Jews. Jesus, through His sacrifice and resurrection (see Ephesians 2:15), created one new person, eliminating the distinction between Israel as exclusively God's people and all the other Gentiles. This act of inclusivity, where God took back the previously divided nations among the Sons of God (see Deuteronomy 32:8 and Psalm 82), is a profound demonstration of God's grace, which extends beyond Israel, embracing all who accept it.
Now, every person willing to believe in Jesus's sacrifice and return to following Torah (not just Jews), who accepts Jesus' death and resurrection as their payment for sin, became one new person. However, God did not abandon the Jews; they are still a set-apart nation, but no longer are they the only people to whom His grace, love and salvation are extended. God eliminated tribal requirements for the roles Kingdom believers could fulfill.
Under the Levitical priesthood, only Levites could be priests or rabbis, and only those from the tribe of David could be Kings.
Under the Melchizedek priesthood of King Jesus, Spirit-filled Kingdom believers are free to fill any role or shoulder any mantle the Holy Spirit chooses to lay upon them.

Emerging Melchizedek NT Priesthood

Under the Melchizedek priesthood, any born-again believer who receives the Holy Spirit indwelling can fill any role — prophet, priest, teacher, envoy for God, apostle or whatever Holy Spirit anoints them to be. For Kingdom believers, Messiah's death and resurrection (after Pentecost 72 AD) opened a portal by which the Holy Spirit could indwell a person and direct them to understand and do His Will. It created a more intimate bond between the seen (earthly) and unseen (heavenly) parts of God's creations and between mans' physical body and their soul and spirit in the unseen realm

Commemorating The Living Sacrifice

Sacrifices of animal blood were no longer appropriate, and if they were performed (as in Satanic rituals), it was a form of blasphemy against God. This action dishonors Jesus, who died once for all people, and whose human blood canceled sin, rather than the blood of animals that only delayed the punishment for sin, without canceling it. Communion was the proper remembrance of what Jesus did for mankind on the Cross (Luke 22:19). Taking communion without recognizing Jesus' sacrifice can bring curses and sickness upon people (1 Corinthians 11:29-30).

Transition to Melchizedek

Early Kingdom Believers

The initial Kingdom believers were a mixture of Jewish Rabbis, mostly Essene Jews, and Gentiles who accepted Yeshua/Jesus as Messiah. They were a small sect of Judaism, which tried to meet in Jewish synagogues, but were rejected by mainstream Pharisees, Sadducees, and Zealots.

The Kingdom Way Attracts Persecution

Therefore, Kingdom believers met in homes (house churches) or other secret places. The Kingdom fellowships grew rapidly, often due to Holy Spirit's manifestation of miracles, signs and wonders provided to unbelievers. Most of these fellowships expected the immediate return of the Lord; however, they overlooked His commission that the gospel must be preached to all nations (and the time it would take to accomplish it). They were persecuted by other Jews, the Sanhedrin (which had condemned Jesus), and the Roman Empire that saw them as a subversive political force. To the Romans, Christians were domestic terrorists - sound familiar?

Early Kingdom Mix

Satan Strikes a Near Fatal Blow To God's Kingdom

During the first hundred years, early Christian communities, often referred to as Kingdom believers, were labeled Christ-followers, which was shortened to Christians by sarcastic—unbelieving gentiles. These Kingdom believers, as they were then designated, continued to meet in home groups, secret wooded areas or in the catacombs/caves in Roman areas. Satan was having a hard time limiting the growth of the Kingdom or separating the Messianic Jewish believers in Yeshua/Jesus from the believing Gentiles who had joined them.
However, as successive generations of believers came into the fellowship, the anointing and quality of the leadership declined, as did the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The relationship with Jesus was gradually replaced with teaching, rituals and religiosity. This was the Leaven of the Pharisees that Jesus had solemnly warned His original disciples against. Discontentment and divisions emerged, and a coup occurred when Constantine, Emperor of Rome from 306-337 AD, approached the Church in 313 AD and offered a deal.
Rome's recognition of Christianity as a state-permitted religion and its elevation to the main religion of the Roman Empire was a monumental shift. The cessation of persecution and the construction of cathedrals for open worship were significant concessions. However, the conditions of the deal, including the disbandment of home meetings, the rejection of Hebrew/Jewish believers, and the declaration of Constantine as the Head of the Church, marked a profound transformation. This pact effectively turned the Kingdom of God, a spiritual organization, into a political one, altering the course of Christianity's history.

Satan Uses Constantine to Divide Kingdom of God

Regrettably, the Gentile believers, who outnumbered the Messianic Jews, honored Constantine's terms and banished them from fellowship in the new Cathedrals. Constantine provided religious rituals in safe cathedrals and substituted music, art and charitable works for relationship and obedience to God. The average believer could not read the scriptures, and the printing press had not yet been invented, so they believed whatever the clergy told them. These clergy were made Roman Empire officials as well.
When the Jews were cast out, the Holy Spirit departed, miracles began to disappear, the Church became a political entity, and Satan laughed. It was the most significant setback the Kingdom of God had suffered since the institution of the New Covenant by Yeshua/Jesus and a total betrayal of Jewish believers.
Fortunately, a remnant of true Kingdom Believers continued, hidden within the church. These people obeyed and followed the Lord, were able to be Spirit baptized, receive the fruit and gifts of the Holy Spirit, and offer their bodies as His Living Temples to work through.

Church Split Masks Early Kingdom Living & Values

Centuries passed, and the printing press was invented. Finally, there was a means to mass produce translations of the Scriptures at low cost, empowering all Christians to read and pray based upon scriptures they could read, without having to depend on the political leaders or popes. King James set scholars to make a new translation of scripture into English, a widely spoken language, further empowering more people to read and understand God's Word directly.
As the true Gospel became more widely known, the discovery of deceptions and heresies brought about a new level of enlightenment and awareness. A combination of revivals and reformations began to occur within the Church and among non-believers. See theDanielPlace's Revival section for videos on those who impacted America. The Roman Empire (political) church split, and groups interested in new spiritual life and not existing political empires began to emerge. With this, the manifestations of the Holy Spirit were again seen, particularly during revivals across Europe and then in America.

Constantine Deal

Further History and Spiritual Warfare

Kingdom Believers suffered a profound loss when they excluded Messianic Jews from their fellowships in a bid to halt Roman persecution. This exclusion resulted in a significant gap in their understanding of the Jewish language, culture, the original covenants, and their Savior, who remained a Jew. The King, Lord, and High Priest of the Kingdom of God was born a Jew, sent to Jews first, and only thereafter to Gentiles. The betrayal of Jews was a great sin of the Gentile-converted church. Consequently, many Kingdom believers now have a limited concept of the Old Testament, the angelic host, false gods, demons, and the structures in the unseen realm that war against them.
Most early Jewish converts were Essenes, who held profound insights into the Triune nature of Ha-Shem (the Father), the Messiah to come, and the Holy Spirit. Rabbi Menachem, co-head of the Sanhedrin with Hillel, was one such convert. He was a remarkable Prophet in the Days of King Herod, possessing prophetic gifts from his teenage years. He even prophesied the duration of King Herod's rule. The Essenes, who lived apart, were healers by both physical and supernatural means. They were the root of what is now called the Charismatic movement.

Essenes Foresaw Messiah's True Mission

Spiritual warfare involves putting on armor provided from the Spiritual (unseen) realm, and using discernment, declarations, and decrees of God to invoke spiritual beings (angels) to war with mankind in the Earthly (seen) realm to manifest Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven. Until a believer experiences Holy Spirit baptism, the consecration of the body, renewal of the mind, and release of Holy Spirit power does not routinely occur. The Kingdom is a relationship with King Jesus/Yeshua.

Today's Church Ill-equipped To Win Spiritual War

The World stands on the Threshold of the Day of the Lord, and people are reliving the evil of the Days of Noah. The World is again about to be disrupted and destroyed. Receiving the power and truth of the Holy Spirit and standing on the Rock of our Salvation is the only way to avoid being defeated.
America is the last outpost of religious freedom, and the battle for America is raging in the Spiritual (unseen) realm; yet most Christians are sitting on the sidelines. Three essentials of Spiritual Warfare are Bible Memorization, Prayer in language and Tongues, and Putting on the Armor of God (with Prayer). Intermittent Fasting is also important. The strategy is to go on the offensive, and not to always wait for Satan to attack and then play cleanup.

Spiritual Warfare

Satan's Grand Deceptions

Satan is a master of deception; this is why the Gift of Discernment is so important. It is discernment to know what is wrong in order to know how to pray. Once what to ask for is known, the Holy Spirit can provide a Word of Knowledge or Wisdom in response.
Satan would have people believe that he is very strong in the spiritual realm, and that the appropriate action when he manifests himself is to experience fear and run. These are both lies, which is why Satan is called the Father of Lies.
Jesus/Yeshua told His believers to stand upon Him when they were attacked, and to use the Word of God to defeat the attackers. He said doing so would result in evil fleeing. The Word of God and His Name have power. That is why blasphemy of the Holy Spirit of God is the unforgiveable Sin. Satan encourages his followers to openly blaspheme God and mock His sacred things. The 2024 Olympics in Paris mocked God and committed blasphemy in its Opening Ceremony. Those who did this can be assured of repercussion.

Anti-Christ Lays Foundation for One World Government

Satan has woven a global cloak of inclusion and deception. It covers many nations and most national leaders who are blinded to the Truth of God. They see things as they want, but it is a fantasy and deception - just as in the Days of Noah. Then, the people wined, dined, debauched, trafficked, and drugged themselves until the Great Flood came. By then, the door of the Ark had been sealed by God, and there was no escape. So will it be in our day.
The door today is the rapture, and the Holy Spirit is the doorman. What will be today's Great Flood? When God extracts Holy Spirit from the world, all who He is entangled with will also be extracted, and most of those left behind will be destroyed - (see the Books of Revelation, Daniel and Ezekiel). The Deeper Dive section also covers Spiritual Warfare.
