Answers provided here are not meant to be comprehensive; space doesn't allow. However, it’s not possible to understand Christianity separate from its Jewish roots, which are centuries old.

   Fortunately, the Dead Sea Scrolls validate Scriptures in their original languages. These scrolls have been carbon-dated to the period of King David (of Israel), over 3,600 years ago. These writings are the Old Covenant of Christian scriptures (which Jews called Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings.

   The distinction between Judaism and Christianity today is about who the Messiah was, whether He was the Messiah expected, and if so, why?

   Christian (Gentile believers) say Yeshua (whom they call Jesus) was the Messiah, and placed their faith in Him. So did some Jews, including some Pharisees, and most of the Essenes of Yeshua’s day. Other Pharisee and Sadducee leaders claimed He wasn’t, and they decided to hunt down and persecute those who believed He was.

   Saul, a devout Pharisee, held Stephen’s cloak while He was stoned to death. Later, Saul was sent to hunt down and arrest believers of "The Way" (or Messianic Judaism). In the process, Saul encountered Yeshua on the Road to Damascus, and the brightness of the vision struck him with blindness. Yeshua sent Saul to a Gentile believer to regain His sight, and his identity was changed to Paul, the Apostle to the Gentiles.

    Current-day, western culture tries to frame faith and trust in God as weird, strange, radical, illogical, and untrue. In some ways, they are right, but not completely. Early fellowships of The Way saw supernatural healings and other miracles quite routinely. Today, miracles and healings still happen, but are not as frequent. Nonetheless, when they do, unbelievers think it a lie or weird, and then reject it, or those who try to explain it to them. When you get to the Beginner Section, that will be discussed in more detail. ​

   Christianity isn’t just your parents ' belief system, and they may have had it wrong, too. It's not about guilt, blindly following rules, or adhering to strange traditions. At its core, Christianity is a relationship—a restored connection based upon a new righteousness brokered by Yeshua with the One God who created you. A person is a spirit being who has a soul that is entangled with a physical body, the only part of them that anyone can see, hear, speak, or interact with. 

   Your parents gave you a temporary body, but in 90 years or less, it will deteriorate, malfunction, and cease to support the spiritual soul and spirit. When your body dies, your soul and spirit are unentangled with it, but continue to exist in the unseen, spiritual realm. We have provided several videos to help you grasp these concepts. Are they weird? No more so than Quantum Mechanics, multi-dimensional entanglement, and seen and unseen matter, the God particle - all of which are current Quantum Mechanical concepts. Check Wikipedia or the Internet. 

   Decay and malfunction are inevitable in a fallen world. That’s one good reason that Evolution is a lie and cannot work. 

   You’ve compared what you’ve learned with ideas you may not be familiar with, such as Evolution, New Age beliefs, magic, humanism, socialism, and more.

   Have you ever explored or quietly questioned any of these philosophies? Just because faith involves believing in things unseen doesn’t mean it is irrational to believe in them. Have you seen an electron, a photon, a gamma ray, or the Higgs boson? How about water in its plasma state? Have you seen an electromagnetic or gravitational field? I bet you believe in them.

• Investigate claims about God, the Bible, and Yeshua (Jesus) without religious jargon.

• Discover how unseen spiritual laws and ‘patterns’ shape the visible (and invisible) worlds.

• Learn how evil masquerades as enlightenment—and how Truth sets you free from bondages we don’t know that are binding us.

• There is an unseen spiritual realm you can explore with the Holy Spirit to guide you.

Here’s a big secret - the Bible won’t answer “why” questions. It will answer “which” path is active, and where it led in the past. Reality repeats itself, so knowing “what pattern” is being repeated can be very helpful. 

   Realize, time is limited; a new Age (or Era) is dawning, filled with tumultuous events, called the Tribulation (Terrible Day of Yahweh or the Time of Jacob’s Trouble). Build your life on the solid foundation of God’s Word before you become immersed in it.
